Anthony Harrigan is the Managing Member of IBG Partners, LLC which he co-founded in 1995. Mr. Harrigan founded the predecessor firm, IBG Development, Inc., in 1987. He has been responsible for the acquisition, development and financing activities of the firm for projects totaling 2 million square feet of commercial office property plus over 1,000 Class A residential units with a gross value of $1.5 billion. Mr. Harrigan is responsible for the overall management and direction of the firm and the maintenance of its primary investor relationships. Projects have included the development and investment in commercial office, residential, for-sale condominiums, marinas and land development / lot sale programs.

Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Harrigan spent four years with Prudential-Bache Securities, Inc. in the Real Estate Corporate Finance Division and seven years with Mellon Bank and Toronto Dominion Bank engaged in debt structuring, construction financing and joint venture activities.

Mr. Harrigan is a graduate of the College of Charleston and received an MBA from The Graduate School of Management at Boston University.
